What’s your Educational background? I graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a major in finance and a minor in entrepreneurship. During my time at Miami, I studied international business in Luxembourg. I’m also a graduate of GlenOak High School.

What licenses and certifications do you hold? I’m actively utilizing my Ohio Real Estate license. Also, I’m working towards the CCIM designation which has been a tremendous educational resource.

What do you enjoy most about commercial real estate? Working with business owners and investors. They are the individuals who create jobs and wealth to make the United States the most prosperous country in the world!

What are your specialties in commercial real estate? Office, land, and apartments.

What are your keys to success? Prayer, personal relationships, setting goals, hard work, and having fun.

What's most rewarding in your profession? Finding a business owner the perfect location which maximizes profitability. Also, helping investors earn solid returns on real estate and/or business investments.

What are some of your hobbies and interests? Outdoor activities, playing Monopoly, card games such as poker and euchre, being active in church & in community activities, spending time with family and friends, traveling, movies, sports, and going to parties.

What's something no one or very few people know about you? I lost a wallet in the Atlantic Ocean and miraculously found it 7 hours later in the water several resorts down from our condo.
